• Atlas Concorde with its Atlas Plan brand of large slabs for kitchen countertops, tables and furnishings affirmed its presence at the Venice International Film Festival as the main partner of the Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo.
• The legendary surroundings of the Hotel Excelsior, a location situated within a magnificent Venetian palace of Moorish architecture, will be the setting for a valuable partnership capable of blending the excellence and uniqueness of Italian design with the glamorous appeal of the international film festival.
• The collaboration with the Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo in Venice has expanded, this year also including the magnificent terrace of the Excelsior Hotel with an outdoor design: the “Cinematografo Terrace by Atlas Concorde," from August 30 to September 9.

For the third consecutive year, for the 80th Venice International Film Festival, Atlas Plan and the Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo are partnering on the Lido.

Against the evocative backdrop of Venice, a city known for its glamorous appeal and alluring ambiance as one travels through its calli and iconic canals, the festival promotes the dissemination of international cinema in all its artistic forms.

The Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo with have two spaces within the Excelsior hotel: the already well-known institutional Cinematografo Space and the new "Cinematografo Terrace by Atlas Concorde,” a project to decorate the well-known outdoor space reinterpreted for the occasion as a seaside meeting place for talent and celebrities.

In this exceptional setting, "Cinematografo Terrace by Atlas Concorde" showcases the product system of the Italian company that is a leader in the global ceramic tile industry. It features two generously sized bar counters made of Atlas Plan's large Crystal White marble-effect stoneware slabs. Distributed throughout the space, creating an elegant and refined lounge area, we also find coffee tables with marble-effect porcelain countertops by Atlas Plan in Desert Soul from the Caleido collection, complemented by other Nero Marquina versions.

To create this alluring outdoor space and networking hub, Atlas Concorde partnered with Living Divani, which helped define the layout design by supplying its renowned upholstered furniture, and Artemide, which is able to create an evocative vibe with its portable lamps.

As usual the Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo's institutional space in the famous Tropicana Room will become a particularly busy location thanks to the packed schedule of activities related to the Venice International Film Festival.

Three counters made from Atlas Plan's Crystal White large white marble-effect slabs will set the tone for the layout of this indoor space.

Riflessi armchairs will be placed on stage for the presentation of the Bresson Prize and for the people involved in the rich program of initiatives promoted by the Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo. Interviews will be conducted in lounges also decorated by Riflessi arranged around the perimeter of the hall.

While attending conferences and presentations guests will sit on Kartell  chairs arranged in the central area.

Artemide, Kartell, Living Divani and Riflessi are participating in the project as technical partners of Atlas Concorde, under the banner of design and cooperation.

The "Cinematografo Terrace by Atlas Concorde" project and the decoration of the Tropicana Room 1 - Hotel Excelsior will be available for use from August 30 to September 9.
